 Marilyn in Art Launch Ellen's glitter portrait of Marilyn Monroe entitled "America's Sweetheart" is included in the recently released coffee table book Marilyn in Art compiled by songwriter, author and art researcher Roger G. Taylor of London.  Marilyn in Art was formally released at a launch party in Soho (London) June 1, 2006, Marilyn's 80th birthday. The American launch was held on August 8 in Manhattan. The enduring and ever-growing image of Marilyn Monroe inspired this book and is reflected in this collection of art that celebrates this unique and iconic figure of the 20th century. This book follows Taylor's original Marilyn in Art published in 1984.
